I took my 3 year old boy to Stonefire last night for a birthday party.  It was busy and the kids were having a great time.  I was with my son the entire time, but turned around and instantly lost him.  I searched for a a few minutes, but then the "what if's" started to get to me.  I then notified your staff.  I was impressed with the level of communication, fast and professional response from your assistant manager and associates (despite their youth). They took a description, monitored the exits and made an overhead announcement.  Within a minute I was relieved that someone found him enjoying a video game, his small frame obscured by the large chair.   Your lost child policy was demonstrated very well.

I hope you can forward my sincere appreciation to the assistant manager and team members on staff December 5th, at 6:00 pm.  It was more impressive to me than all the games combined.

We booked a rehearsal dinner on July 24. It was the first time my husband and I, and other guests we invited had been to Stonefire. However, the bride and groom (our son) were the ones that suggested your company because they had previously visited and were very impressed. I have to say I was impressed with your company before even arriving because Olivia did an excellent job with helping me through the reservation process. She was very friendly and helpful, and she was very knowledgeable.

When we arrived at Stonefire we were greeted warmly by the person whom we paid for the event and who showed us to our room. It seemed like everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing and my guests and I felt very taken care of. The person, wish I would have had a name, he was picking up our dishes in the party room, he was very nice when my husband asked about putting the Brewer game on the TV, and he was also helpful when the temp of the room was getting too cold and he helped accommodate the guests who requested it to be a little warmer.

The guests were all impressed with the food and the atmosphere. My husband and I were very happy and we will definitely be calling you again for other events we have. My husband and I are very community orientated people and we are out working in the community a lot, and we definitely will pass your company name around and let people know of the great experience we have had.

My younger son participated in the games which I thought were fun and unique to other places. I especially liked the idea that he could take his tickets and "go shopping" in your little store for his prizes. That is so much nicer than standing in line and waiting for the person behind the counter to get all your prizes for you as other places do, your way makes getting in and out of the prize area much faster and it's more efficient.

Thank you again for making this experience for the bride and groom and all their guests a nice one.

I was the leader of the outing for Wisconsin School for the Deaf on July 15th. Everything went very well for our group. Your staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was ready upon our arrival and the kids enjoyed their meal and their time at Stone Fire.

We will definitely be back in the future.

Everything went very well. The children had a blast!!!! I would say the highlite was when we all including teachers were in the ball pit and we all were throwing the balls at each other. Thank you for allowing us to be there.

Wow, what a great facility you have there! Thank you so much for setting us up last night, it was a wonderful way to spend our last Grandparent Night with our granddaughter – she's 14 and especially loved the trivia game.

You have very unique room offerings and I will certainly let folks around here know about them.

Thanks again for the opportunity to see and try out Stone Fire Pizza Co., we'll be back!
