Thank you for your interest in being a part of our team. We are always searching for people who are energetic and enthusiastic, who enjoy working with people, and who are willing to go the "extra mile" to provide wholesome family fun to our guests. It is necessary that you have the ability to work on your feet for as little as 8 hours and as long as 10 hours, and the agility and ability to react fast to changing conditions. It is necessary that you have no physical disabilities that disqualify you from working on your feet for these long hours. (Be advised that there are restrictions hiring anyone under the age of 16 due to the nature of the job and the restrictions placed on a business by the State and Federal Child Labor Laws.) This park is open daily year round. Opening staff is required to be on the job as early as 7 a.m. Closing hours are seasonal. Spring and Summer closing hours are be as late as 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, and 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. We are open every weekend holiday for the convenience of our guests, except Christmas. Chances are you will be required to work one or more of the many holidays and ALL weekends throughout the year. You will need to be available to work nights, and weekends; including Sundays and holidays. As a member of our crew it will be required that you work 6-8 weeks prior to requesting a day off. Your first 90-days of employment is a probationary period to allow our management team to identify if you have what it takes to be a valued member of our team. The adjacent sections constitute a job application and availability questionnaire that must be completed on our premises and turn in today for your application to be considered. When your application is turned in, be prepared for a brief pre-interview session with a manager on duty to answer a few questions about yourself and your availability. After a review of your application, you may be called to complete several pre-screening tests, a pre-employment drug test, criminal back round check and a formal interview. We do not make hiring decisions instantly. It is not necessary to call us after turning in your application. If you do not hear from us within a 7-10 day period, you were not considered for a job based upon the needs of the business, qualifications and/or availability. Please keep in mind, we do not hire everyone who applies, and we do not discuss our hiring decisions with applicants. Hiring for positions is based upon the needs of the business. If there is information about you individually that needs to be discussed prior to pre-screening it is important that you discuss any issues in advance.
